Rozaria Memorial Trust is supported by a dedicated team of staff, Board; volunteers and friends:
Board of Trustees: is comprised of up to 13 members, men and women of varied age groups and skills. They represent the family of the late Mbuya Marumisa Dizha, representative of her local community; and expert of various skills. Each of the members voluntarily gives their time, treasurers, talents and skills to support the work of the Trust.
Staff Team: The Trust is run on a day today basis by a core team of four (4) staff, who include a Coordinator, Programme Officer; Programme Assistant and an Youth Intern. The team brings a diversity of skills in NGO management, accounts, programme planning and monitoring and community development and networking.

Community Volunteers: In its work, Rozaria Memorial Trust relies on a pool of volunteers. These include programme volunteers like the leaders of the HIV Community Support Groups; Community Drum and Dance groups who offer their talents to advance the work of the Trust. It also includes a host of volunteers who offer to represent the Trust; facilitate session, and provide other skills throughout the world.
Friends of the Trust: The network of friends is crucial to the sustainability of the Trust. These are individuals who are visible through social media like facebook; LinkedIn and twitter. They also include the many individuals who give financially to the Trust, at times with anonymity.
