Nyaradzayi�Gumbonzvanda is the founding the Trust after her late mother died on 19 January 2006, to honour her and celebrate all unsung heroines in communities. She moved the Trust from an idea to a stable and profession organisation reaching over 5,000 people in Murewa, Zimbabwe.
A human rights laws, she is the CEO/General Secretary of the World YWCA; served with UN for 10 years and serves on various Boards including for Save the Children-UK; ActionAid International; CIVICUS and Gender at Work. In 2011, she was the recepient of the ZWLA Women’s Human Rights Defenders Award .

Patrick Mugaragumbo – Deputy Chairperson
Patrick Mugaragumbo is one of the founding Trustees, and is the deputy chairperson responsible for oversight on administration and operations. He has over 35 years of experience in retail sector with over 20 years in management position. He has led teams to success and has strong community networking skills.
Recently retired, Mr Mugaragumbo is committed to reinvesting his time to the community through the Trust in addition to his passion for farming. He enjoys being called “sekuru vaTino”, his prednisone single grandchild!
